About Me
As a Nigerian-American living in the South Bronx, my journey to create Cognitive Catalyst was deeply personal. Watching close family members struggle with dyslexia opened my eyes to the challenges many face in accessing effective cognitive support. Growing up with strong ties to my Nigerian heritage taught me the value of community and helping others, which fueled my passion to make a difference. Whether I'm perfecting my jollof rice recipe, teaching traditional Nigerian dance moves to friends, or experimenting with fusion pastries that blend my American and African roots, I find joy in bringing people together. Currently pursuing my dream of studying medicine, I founded Cognitive Catalyst to bridge the gap between individuals with learning differences and the resources they need to thrive. Just as dancing and baking allow me to express creativity and share culture with others, my work through Cognitive Catalyst enables me to fulfill my deeper purpose - empowering and supporting others on their learning journey
